Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 July 2026

Kozo Health is owned and operated by Foresee Medtech Private Limited.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kozo Health, an AI-supported symptom navigation service operated by Foresee Medtech Private Limited (“Foresee”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Kozo Health, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Kozo Health.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create and use a Kozo Health account.

You may use Kozo Health to help manage health information for a child or another adult. If you do, you confirm that you have the appropriate permission or authority to provide their information and use Kozo Health on their behalf.

2. What Kozo Health provides

Kozo Health is an AI-supported symptom navigation tool. It asks focused questions based on the information you provide, helps organise relevant health context, and suggests practical next actions.

These next actions may include monitoring symptoms, taking appropriate self-care steps, seeking emergency care, visiting a doctor or other healthcare professional, considering tests, or returning to Kozo Health with updates, reports, prescriptions, or changes in symptoms.

Kozo Health may also prepare a Clinical Summary that you can review and choose to share with a doctor.

Kozo Health may help you find doctors, laboratories, or other third-party services. Kozo Health does not control or endorse them, and any services you obtain from them are separate from Kozo Health.

3. Medical and emergency disclaimer

Kozo Health is a tool, not a diagnosis. It is not a doctor, healthcare provider, or emergency service. It does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medicines, provide medical treatment, or replace professional medical advice, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

Using Kozo Health does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Kozo Health does not monitor your health continuously or contact emergency services on your behalf.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about a health concern and before acting on information provided through Kozo Health. Do not ignore or delay professional care because of something you read or receive through the service.

Do not use Kozo Health for a medical emergency. If you believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

4. AI limitations

Kozo Health uses artificial intelligence to generate questions, explanations, possible health considerations, next actions, and summaries. AI-generated information can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular person or situation.

The same or similar information may produce different outputs, and Kozo Health may not identify every relevant condition, risk, or next step. You should use Kozo Health as navigation support and review important decisions with a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Your account and responsibilities

You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current to the best of your knowledge. Incomplete or incorrect information can affect the relevance of Kozo Health’s output.

You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to your phone and one-time passwords secure. Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on information provided through Kozo Health and for obtaining professional medical care when needed.

6. Information about other people

When you provide information about a child, family member, friend, or any other person, you must respect their privacy and have an appropriate basis or authority to submit and use their information.

Only provide information that is relevant to the health concern. You are responsible for the information you submit about another person and for how you use or share any output relating to them.

7. Uploads and user content

Kozo Health may allow you to submit text, symptom photos, test reports, prescriptions, doctor notes, and other health-related material (“User Content”).

You retain any rights you have in your User Content. By submitting it, you give Foresee and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and troubleshoot Kozo Health, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the right and permission to submit your User Content. You must not upload material that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, malicious, or unrelated to the service.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use Kozo Health for an unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for them;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account, private data, or Kozo Health’s systems;
  • interfere with, disrupt, probe, or bypass the service’s security or usage controls;
  • upload malware or other harmful code;
  • scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
  • use Kozo Health as a substitute for professional clinical judgment or to provide medical services to others.

9. Clinical Summary sharing and privacy

When you choose to share a Clinical Summary, Kozo Health creates a public link. Anyone with that link can view the Clinical Summary without signing in and may forward the link to other people.

You are responsible for deciding whether to create the link, who receives it, and how it is protected. Do not create or share a public link if you do not want the information in the Clinical Summary to be accessible in this way.

At present, public Clinical Summary links do not expire automatically and cannot be revoked through the Kozo Health app.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Ownership and permitted use

Except for User Content, Kozo Health’s software, design, branding, documentation, and original content are owned by or licensed to Foresee. Third-party technologies, models, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

Subject to these Terms, Foresee gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Kozo Health for its intended purpose. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

11. Availability, changes, and account restrictions

We may add, remove, limit, or change features as Kozo Health develops. We do not guarantee that Kozo Health will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using Kozo Health at any time.

12. Warranties and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kozo Health is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability of the service or its outputs for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that restriction, Foresee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on Kozo Health, including loss resulting from decisions made using AI-generated information.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Kozo Health or applicable requirements change. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide any additional notice required by law.

Your continued use of Kozo Health after updated Terms take effect means that you accept them. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the service.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Kozo Health.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and Foresee concerning your use of Kozo Health.
